Based on the technical specification PAS125, the Kitemark for vehicle body repair focuses on five key elements of the repair process: people, methods, materials, equipment and process management.

When a vehicle goes in for body repair, the repair must be carried out to the highest standards so that the vehicle maintains its pre-crash integrity to help protect the lives of those inside.

Based on the technical specification, PAS125, the Kitemark for vehicle body repair focuses on five key elements of the repair process – people, methods, materials, equipment and process management.

The scheme does not cover repair processes for public service vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles or heavy goods vehicles or other non-passenger vehicles such as fork lift trucks and windscreen repairs.
