E-scooter information – now that government have postponed by at least a year legislation framing use of these we need to quickly understand what other areas have experienced and their strategy for minimising risk. I’ve seen TfL Eq Impact – good overview – but other areas have now had trials running for nearly a year. Are there reports out there that illustrate casualties, how local police have enforced/worked with the trials and also with non-trial illegal e-scooters?
