Hi, we’ve just got approval to enforce MTO’s in our city and the Highways team are drawing up key areas to start with. It was driven by School Streets projects but we will apply it to areas it may make a difference to. I want to use this to highlight behaviours drivers do in urban areas which are illegal/raise risk in urban environment.
Has anyone got similar campaign material raising awareness of offences covered by MTOs, the rationale for enforcement by camera and the effect offences can cause? And evaluation/comment on how effective it was. Looking at risk minimisation and traffic flow.
