This shorter version of the Tales of the Road book still contains lots of information, advice and interactive questions for young road users, but in a shorter booklet making it ideal for those looking for a print-friendly version to use in schools, at home or in other road safety education settings.
Targeted at KS1 and KS2 parents and children, the booklet is described as a key tool in helping children walk, cycle, and travel safely near roads. It includes easy-to-follow advice on crossing safely, understanding road signs, and developing good travel habits.
THINK! is encouraging local authorities and other stakeholders to share these resources with networks to help promote safer journeys for children across the UK.
