Hi folks,
Has anyone done formal evaluations of road safety theatre in education plays with established external companies (bought in tours) ? I’ve done some local evaluation but I seem to remember that a road safety partnership has done a more formal evaluation – any ideas? Thanks, RuthTransport Scotland commissioned some independent research on TIE about 5 years ago which might be of use.
We’ve just used some research by Dr Elizabeth Box to redesign GoDrive which replaces Safe Drive Stay Alive.
Findings showed that the Shock and Horror tactics had short term benefits.
We’ve redesigned the programme to take many elements of her research into account.
